When Will I Receive My Item?
At our company, we take pride in producing high-quality tallow that is worth putting on your skin. The tallow-making process is a slow and meticulous one that spans over a couple of days, ensuring that every batch is made with the utmost care and attention. We believe that this is part of the beauty of tallow, and we refuse to rush the manufacturing process like many other skincare products.
Due to the high demand for our products, please allow for a production time of 2 business weeks (10 business days) from the date of order to being placed in the post.
If the order is placed during a sale the craft time is 3 business weeks.
Public Holidays are not included in the craft time as Aus Post is not opened to the public nor any parcel drop off’s during PH’s.
Please note that choosing Express Post as a shipping option does not rush the manufacture time, as it is only an express shipping option for once the item is in the post.
As we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders, we are unable to hold stock on hand for rush orders. However, we are actively seeking to improve our production capacity to better serve our growing customer base. Contact us to double check as we may have a jar on hand after wholesale or larger orders!
What Are The Expected Time Frames Once Ordered?
Production time for our tallow is 2 business weeks (10 business days) and 3 business weeks if purchased during a sale. After it has been shipped, delivery time is dependent on Australia Post’s turnaround times. Please note that some items may take longer to arrive than usual due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Standard Parcel Post:
Under normal circumstances, we aim for delivery times of:
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Express Post:
Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we cannot guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.
NZ Standard Post:
Expected delivery time for orders to New Zealand is 7-12 business days.

How do you ship the product?
At our company, we take great care in ensuring that our products are shipped to our customers in a secure and eco-friendly manner. Since our products are often packaged in glass jars, we take extra precautions to protect them during transit.
All of our products are shipped in sturdy boxes, which are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb wrapping paper and/or bubble wrap.
