At A Mama’s Apothecary, all of our products are lovingly made in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Due to the nature of skincare—especially products made with natural ingredients—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place because natural products are highly sensitive to contamination, storage conditions, and individual handling, which could compromise their efficacy and safety for resale.
We strongly encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about a specific product before placing your order. Our team is always happy to assist in helping you choose the right products for your needs.
Please note that A Mama’s Apothecary does not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or broken. If this occurs, kindly email a photo of the damaged item(s) to amamasapothecary@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly replace the item for you.
