When Will I Receive My Item?

At our company, we take immense pride in crafting high-quality tallow that is truly worth putting on your skin. The tallow-making process we follow is slow, deliberate, and meticulous, spanning several days to ensure that every batch is made with exceptional care and attention. We believe this unhurried approach is part of what makes tallow so special, and we refuse to compromise by rushing the process, as is often the case with many mass-produced skincare products.

Our dedication results in a beautiful, creamy, fresh-smelling tallow that nourishes your skin without leaving you smelling like a fragranced cow. Unlike many tallow crafters who haven’t yet mastered the art of eliminating that distinct beefy odor, we have perfected our methods to provide you with a luxurious product that both smells and feels amazing.

Due to the high demand for our products, please allow for a production time of 2 business weeks (10 business days) from the date of order to being placed in the post.
If the order is placed during a sale the craft time is 3 business weeks. 

Public Holidays are not included in the craft time as Aus Post is not opened to the public nor any parcel drop off’s during PH’s. 

Please note that choosing Express Post as a shipping option does not rush the manufacture time, as it is only an express shipping option for once the item is in the post.
 
As we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders, we are unable to hold stock on hand for rush orders. However, we are actively seeking to improve our production capacity to better serve our growing customer base. Contact us to double check as we may have a jar on hand after wholesale or larger orders! 

Christmas Turn Around Times

We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday season! 
Just to let you know we will be taking time for our friends and small family from December 24th and will return on January 2nd. We will still continue to craft tallow over this period however will not be shipping until our return. 

Our last shipping day before the break will be Tuesday 24th of DEC. Any orders placed from this date will be shipped January 2nd. 

Local PU’s may still be organised dependent on our ability to be local that time/day. 
What Are The Expected Time Frames Once Ordered?

Production time for our tallow is 2 business weeks (10 business days) and 3 business weeks if purchased during a sale. After it has been shipped, delivery time is dependent on Australia Post’s turnaround times. Please note that some items may take longer to arrive than usual due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Standard Parcel Post:
Under normal circumstances, we aim for delivery times of:

• Same state: 2–5 business days

• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Express Post:
Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we cannot guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.

NZ Standard Post:
Expected delivery time for orders to New Zealand is 7-12 business days.

Who Do You Ship The Product With?

Currently, all orders are shipped via Australia Post.

How do you ship the product? 

At our company, we take great care in ensuring that our products are shipped to our customers in a secure and eco-friendly manner. Since our products are often packaged in glass jars, we take extra precautions to protect them during transit.

All of our products are shipped in sturdy boxes, which are carefully wrapped in eco-friendly honeycomb wrapping paper and/or bubble wrap.
